2. General Provisions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AvenoxShop. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of your order will apply. The website and its content, including text, graphics, and software, are the property of AvenoxShop Kft. and are protected by copyright laws.

3. Ordering Process & Contract Conclusion

Product selection and adding to the cart constitutes your offer to purchase.

A contract is formally concluded when we send you an Order Confirmation email after your payment has been verified.

We only accept orders from individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

3.1. Order Acceptance and Product Availability

The presentation of products on our Site is an invitation to treat and does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Your order is a voluntary offer to purchase those products from us.

All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in product information, including price, offer, or promotion.
• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• The product being out of stock or unavailable.
• Inability to deliver to the address provided.

In the event that we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.

Partial Shipment: If we are unable to ship one or more products from your order, we reserve the right to ship the available products separately and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

4. Prices and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in HUF (Hungarian Forint) and include 27% VAT.

Payment Methods: We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Only in Hungary territory. Pay in cash upon delivery. A handling fee of 590 HUF (incl. VAT) applies. The order will be prepared but not shipped until the address has been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Partners: We ship orders via GLS, DPD, and Foxpost.

Shipping Costs & Times:

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over 30.000 HUF.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment of payment confirmation and are estimates only. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to our customer service email: support@avenoxshop.com.

Return Condition: Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

Return Cost: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund: We will process the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

7. Warranties

7.1. Legal Warranty (Conformity)

Goods must conform to the contract. If a product is defective or not as described, you have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or ultimately to cancel the contract under Hungarian consumer law.

7.2. Manufacturer's Warranty

Some products may come with an additional commercial warranty from the manufacturer. The terms of this warranty will be detailed in the product documentation.

If we cannot resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer it to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or a relevant alternative dispute resolution body.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). This includes but is not limited to: strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, governmental action, failure of public networks or utilities, or delays by suppliers or carriers.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AvenoxShop Kft. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of AvenoxShop Kft.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
