RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At AvenoxShop, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and the process for returns and refunds, in accordance with Hungarian and European Union consumer protection laws.
1. Your Right to Withdraw (30-Day Return Policy)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you nominated, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement (e.g., by sending an email to support@avenoxshop.com). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept item(s) that have been washed or are covered in human/animal hair
- In the original packaging, including any branded boxes, tags, and protective wrapping.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (your order number).
Please note: Returned items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted, and we will send them back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
- Face masks and other products of a hygienic nature where the seal has been broken.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
4. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- 1. Notify Us: Within the 30-day period, contact our Customer Service team at support@avenoxshop.com to inform us of your intent to return the item(s). Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2. Ship the Item: We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- 3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
5. Refunds
- Timing: You will receive your refund within 14 business days from the day we confirm that the return is valid and the items meet our conditions.
- Method: We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original order. If that method is not an option, we will refund by bank transfer.
- Deductions: You will be refunded the full price of the product. The original shipping cost is only refunded if the entire order is returned. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@avenoxshop.com.
In these cases:
- We will cover all return shipping costs.
- We will, at your choice, provide a full refund or send you a replacement item.
- Please provide photos or a description of the fault/damage.
