At our store, we want you to receive your orders quickly and safely. We work with the best shipping companies to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.
All orders placed through the hu.avenoxshop.com website are shipped from Budapest, Hungary. We strive to ship all orders the same day, but due to the volume of shipments, this is not always possible.
Delivery Times
Below is a table showing the estimated delivery times for each of our shipping services:

Note: Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is confirmed. These times may be affected by exceptional circumstances or periods of high demand.
Failed Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a note and usually attempt a second delivery.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the shipping company's office so that you can pick it up in person.
If you do not collect the package within the period established by the carrier, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule the delivery (additional charges may apply).
Returns and Complaints
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 calendar days without justification.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received does not correspond to what was ordered or is defective.

Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
The data necessary for delivery (name, address, telephone number) will be shared with the transport company exclusively for delivery purposes.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and then another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
All delivery times start from the day after you place your order, unless otherwise stated.
Gift card purchases do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the indicated delivery time, or that the order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
