Free Shipping: On orders over 30,000 HUF.
Important Information:
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (noon) may be processed on the next business day.
- During promotional periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped!
3. 🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Returns):
You have 30 calendar days from receipt to return any product (excluding intimate hygiene items like underwear or face masks) in its original, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
Return Process:
- Notify us in writing at support@avenoxshop.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original box.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a maximum of 30 days using your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will cover all costs and arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund.
4. ⚖️ Warranties & Formal Complaints
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and, where applicable, by the manufacturer's warranty.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
A: Please contact us immediately at support@avenoxshop.com with your order number. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Q: My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
A: First, check your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email. If the status is unclear or the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
Q: The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
A: Use the "Notify me when available" function on the product page, or contact us. We can often provide an estimated restock date.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (for an additional fee).
